Adding a New Report

  1. From the menu bar click the Home drop down menu. Now browse down to the Reports option. This takes you to the Reports page.

  1. The left side of the page displays the various categories under which reports are available. Select a category from the left to view available reports. A list of reports available for the selected category is displayed in the right pane.

  2. Click the Add New Report link below the list of reports to the right to add a report to the selected category. If you wish to add a report to another category, first select the category to add the report to from the left and then click the Add New Report button below the list of available reports for that category.

  1. The page refreshes and the fields to add the new report are displayed in the lower half of the page. Type in a name and a description for the report in the respective fields.

  1. Click the Select button and select any files to be uploaded to the report.

  2. Click the Save Report button to upload any selected files and save the report. The report will be saved and displayed in the list of available reports for that section. You can view the report or delete the report anytime.
