Contact Information

  1. In the Region field: Select the region that the contact resides in from the drop-down list of available regions.

  2. In the Company field: Type in the name of the contact's company.

  3. In the Site field: Click on the Find button to view a list of available sites for the company. A list of the available sites is displayed in the box below. Click on the Select link for the location or site of the company the contact works at. The list refreshes and the selected location is displayed in orange to indicate that it is the selected site.

  4. In the First and Last Fields: Type in the contact's first and last names.

  5. In the Title field: Type in the contact's job title.

  6. In the Department field: Type in the name of the department that the contact belongs.

  7. In the Business Phone field: Type in the contact's work number.

  8. In the Cell Phone field: Type in contact's cell phone number.

  9. In the Personal Email field: Type in the contact's personal email address.

  10. In the Business Email field: Type in the contact's work email address.

  11. In Email Address: Type in any other alternative email address that the contact uses.

  12. Click the Save button to save the information you entered.
