There are two ways to deactivate sites. Single sites can be deactivated from the Site Information page. Multiple sites need to be deactivated from the Search Results page.
Search for the site to be edited. All the sites matching the information you entered as search criteria will be displayed in a tabular form with complete details.
Once you locate the site from the list of search results, click on the site name to view details of the site. The Site Information page displays complete information about the site with the site related functions displayed at the top of the page as links.
Click the De-Activate tab to the right of the page. The site will be deactivated.
