Cynergy allows you to merge tickets with the click of a button. Once you have selected the tickets to merge you will then click Do Merge.
Once you click Do Merge you will be taken to a confirmation screen to make sure you want to merge the selected tickets.
Once you have confirmed the merge you will be taken back to the Tickets Screen.
If you open this ticket you will be able to see where you merged the other ticket in History at the bottom of the screen.
