1. Search the Contact to be re-activated by selecting Contact from the Search For drop down menu.
2. Make sure to check the Include Inactive Records check box in the search area.
3. Enter the Contact name or other known information and click the Search button.
4. Select one or more Contacts from the list of search results by clicking on the white space in the contacts row. Hold the CTRL key or click and drag to select multiple contacts.
5. After the desired Contact/s to be re-activated has been selected, check the Click Here To Activate Or De-Activate Selected Records check box. The contact will be immediately re-activated.
