Sites can be created from the CRM section of Cynergy. Creating sites is a fast and easy process.
From the menu bar click the Create drop down menu. Now browse down to the CRM option. When CRM is highlighted, a pop-out menu is displayed to the right.
Select Site from the pop-out menu by clicking on it.
This displays the Create New Site page. The new site creation page consists of several sections using which you can enter comprehensive information about the new site being created.
The first section is the basic information section where you can enter the information about the site like the site name, website URL, company name, phone, support level, payment method etc.
The second section is the address information
section where you can enter the site's addresses. Enter the respective
addresses for the site. Click on the 
button to copy the
information entered for one address type to another address type.
The third section displays the site specific sections defined for the company as tabs. Click on a tab to add the information for that section. This where you can add details about the site like the site specifics, hosting info, database info, remote connection info etc.
You can store any notes about the site and upload any site related files using the File Attachments box provided in this section at the bottom of the page to the right. Just click on the Select button for field in the box displayed to the right of the page to browse to the location on your computer where the file is stored and select it. Once you select the file for upload, select the checkbox corresponding to that field to indicate that file needs to be uploaded. To add more fields for upload, click on the Add button. To delete an upload field, click on the Delete button.
Once you fill the information about the site, click the Save button to save the new site to the system. The site will be saved and the site information page will be displayed with the site information you entered.
