Click on the Create drop down menu. Scroll down to the Opportunity option and click on it. This takes you to the Create New Opportunity page.

This displays the Create New Opportunity page. The new opportunity creation page consists of several sections using which you can enter comprehensive information about the new opportunity being created.

The top of the page displays a search section using which you can search for companies, sites and contacts to add to the opportunity.

Next is the Opportunity CRM Section where you enter the contact's information like the contact's name, telephone number, email addresses etc. If the contact for an opportunity is a new contact who does not exist the Cynergy System, use the Create New section below to create a new contact to add to the opportunity.

The next section of the page is the Opportunity Sales Information section where you can enter the details of the opportunity like the template for the opportunity, opportunity name, sales person, lead type. sales stage etc. Fill out the required information.

The next section consists of custom sections displayed as tabs. Click on a tab to add information to that section. File Attachments: You can upload any files relating to the opportunity in this section. Just click on the Select button for field in the box displayed to the right of the page to browse to the location on your computer where the file is stored and select it. Once you select the file for upload, select the checkbox corresponding to that field to indicate that file needs to be uploaded.
Click the Submit
button to save the new opportunity.
The opportunity will be saved and the Opportunity Information page will be displayed with the details of the opportunity. Products Information, Payment Ledger, Notes and History can be added to the opportunity from this page.
