Cynergy offers a set of reports that can be viewed from within the application in addition to the Crystal Reports. To view the reports:
From the menu bar click the Home drop down menu. Now browse down to the Reports option. This takes you to the Reports page.
The left side of the page displays the various categories under which reports are available. Select a category from the left to view available reports. A list of reports available for the selected category is displayed in the right pane.
Click on the Select link for a report to view that report.
The lower section of the page displays the Report name and a description of the report below the list of available reports. Click the Run Selected Reports button to run the report.
The next step is to enter the prompt values for the
report. The prompt values depend on the report selected. They will vary
from report to report. To select a prompt value, select the value from
the Available Values list box
and click the 
button
to move it to the selected values. To select multiple values at once,
hold down the CTRL key and click on the values to be selected. To move
all the available values to the Selected Values listbox, click the 
button. To
remove values that have already been selected, select the values from
the Selected Values listbox and
click the Remove button. To remove all selected values, click the Remove
All button.
Once you are done entering the prompts, click the OK button to run the report with the selected values. The report will be generated and displayed.
Use the Report Toolbar to navigate between the various pages of the report, export a report, show/hide group tree, and to search report. The functions are displayed as icons in the toolbar, if you don't know what an icon means, hover the cursor on that icon and a brief description of the function is displayed.
Click the Return to Report List button to go back to the list of reports and select another report.
