Editing a Contact

  1. Search for the contact to be edited. All the contact records matching the information you entered as search criteria will be displayed in a tabular form with complete details.

  2. Once you locate the contact from the list of search results, click on the contact name to view details of the contact. The Contact Information page displays complete information about the contact with the contact related functions displayed at the top of the page as links.

  3. Click on the Edit link. This opens the contact's information for editing in the Edit Contact page.

  1. The Edit Contact page displays the information currently stored for the contact in editable fields. The fields on this page are the same fields that are displayed on the create contact page. The only difference is that on the Edit Contact page, the fields display the information entered for the contact while creating the contact instead of blank fields. All fields are editable and you can make as few or as many required changes.

  1. Once you make the required changes, click on the Save button to save changes to the contact's information. The contact information page will be displayed with the updated information.
