Introduction to Companies, Sites and Contacts

Companies, Sites and Contacts form Cynergy's three tier CRM structure. Starting at the top tier with Companies, Sites in the middle and Contacts on the lowest level. At each level, detailed information can be stored, edited and moved into other parts of Cynergy. Although it is not a requirement to list a Contact under a Company and/or Site, it is often helpful to do so. The top two tiers or CRM (Companies and Sites) labels can be change to reflect the desired method of organization.
