System Address Types

The System Address Types section of Cynergy allows you to create and manage the address types to be used for Companies, Sites and Contact Types.

Getting to the System Address Types Configuration section

1. From the menu bar click the Home drop down menu. Now browse down to the Configure option. When Configure is highlighted, the System Settings hyperlink is displayed to the right. Select System Settings by clicking on it.

2. This displays the System Configuration page. A menu is displayed on the left side of the screen displaying the various functions available for configuring Cynergy.

3. Select System from the menu on the left side of the screen. When System is selected from the menu, a drop down menu appears underneath displaying the functions available for system management in Cynergy.

4. Click on the Address Types option of the drop down menu to go to the System Address Types configuration page. The page consists of three tabs using which you can select whether you want to manage address types for Company, Site or Contact Types. The page displays the options for the Company tab by default.
