From the menu bar click the Search drop down menu.
Now browse down to the Knowledge Center option and click on it.
This displays the Knowledge Center administration page. A hierarchy is displayed on the left side of the screen displaying the various categories of articles available. A list of articles available for the selected category is displayed on the right side of the page
Search and locate the Knowledge Center item to be approved or disapproved by navigating through the hierarchy. Once the item has been identified you can choose from three options:
Go to the Show Pending Items checkbox right below the tree on the left side of the page and select it.
Select the category the pending item belongs to from the tree on the left.
Click the Go button right above it right above the Show Pending Items checkbox..

A list of all the pending items from the selected category will displayed. Click on the title of the item in the Title column.
This takes you to the item's information page which displays all details of the item. Go to the right side of the page which displays a rating chart, comment box and the Approve and Delete buttons. A message will be displayed in red under the Comments box saying, "This document has not been approved yet. And can not be viewed until it has been approved" indicating that it is a pending item.
Click the Approve button to approve the item and make it available for viewing.
Click the Delete button to delete the pending item.
Select a rating by clicking on the appropriate checkbox and click the Apply button to apply the rating.
Click the Create New link above the Ratings fields to create a new knowledge center item.
Click the Edit link to edit item.
Click the Email link to email item.
Click the Print link to print item.
