From the menu at the top of the page, click the Search drop-down menu.
Select Tickets by clicking on it.
This takes you to the Search Tickets page. Fill out as much or as little information in the fields provided on this page and click the Search button. The information entered will be used as search criteria to find matching tickets.
A list of tickets matching the search criteria will be displayed. Click on a ticket subject to view it's details.
You can also search based on ticket groups, to do this, go to the Select Group To View drop down at the top right corner of the page. Select group from the drop-down list and click the View button. A list of all tickets belonging to the group is displayed. Click on a ticket subject to view it's details.
6.You also have the option to save your search. Such as if you want to search for your tickets just search for "My Open Tickets" to save your search can be created after running a ticket search and then loaded on side menu. When you want to search for your tickets it makes it less time consuming .
