From the menu bar click the Search drop down menu. Now browse down to the Opportunities option and click on it.

This takes you to the Opportunity Search page. The fields displayed on the Opportunity Search page are the same as the ones displayed on the Opportunity creation page. Only difference is that whatever information you enter here will be used as search criteria to find opportunities with matching information. You can enter as much or as little information as you wish. There are Search buttons provided at the end of every section and you can click them whenever you are ready to run the search.
Once you enter the information to be used as search criteria. click on any of the Search buttons located in each section. A list of all opportunities matching the search criteria will be displayed. Opportunities are color coded based on the sales stage they are in.
Click on an opportunity name to view the details of the opportunity.
Select the checkbox for an opportunity and select the Delete Selected checkbox to delete an opportunity.
To save a set of opportunities as a group, select the checkboxes corresponding to those opportunities, type in a name for the opportunities group in the Save As field and click the Save button to save the opportunity group. Select the Is Public checkbox to make the group available to all users. Otherwise leave checkbox blank.
