Viewing Tickets

Cynergy allows you to view tickets using the View option of the menu. You can choose whether you want to view Ticket Assignments, All Tickets and My Staff Tickets.

To View Tickets:

  1. From the menu at the top of the page, click the View drop-down menu.

  2. Select Tickets clicking on it. When Ticket is selected, a pop-out menu is displayed to the right with the categories of tickets that you can view. Options are Ticket Assignments, All Tickets, My Staff Tickets.

  1. Select My Ticket Assignments to view a list of all the tickets assigned to you along with their details. To accept a ticket assigned to you, select the checkbox corresponding to the ticket and click the Accept Selected button at the bottom of the list. Once you do this, the accepted ticket will be moved to the Current Assignments box below.

  2. Select All Tickets to view all tickets in the system. The tickets are color coded based on their priority which is displayed in the Priority column.

  3. Select My Staff Tickets to view all the tickets assigned to your team.

 

Step 1. From the menu bar select the View drop down menu. From the View drop down menu select the Ticket. From the Ticket drop down menu select the All Tickets selection.

Step 2. The Current Tickets page should now be displayed. Click on any of the available hyperlinks to browse to the associated information.

Step 3. Complete any Ticketing Task desired from the Current Tickets page.

 Now, once you have viewed all your tickets, you also have the option to select specified tickets that you want to print. Once you have selected your tickets you want to print just click on the Print Results.  

 

Once you have clicked on the Print Results you will see a screen pop up and it will give you the option to print in a adobe or straight to your printer.
