Search for the company whose tickets you want to view. All the company records matching the information you entered as search criteria will be displayed in a tabular form with complete details.
Once you locate the company from the list of search results, click on the company name to view details of the company.
Click the Tickets tab from the companies Info tab.
Now a list of the companies active tickets is displayed. And checking the Show Closed Tickets box will load all of the companies closed tickets as well.
Note: This view can be printer by clicking on the Print Results button at the top of the page to the right.
