Viewing Company Tickets

  1. Search for the company  whose tickets you want to view. All the company records matching the information you entered as search criteria will be displayed in a tabular form with complete details.

  2. Once you locate the company from the list of search results, click on the company name to view details of the company. The Company Information page displays complete information about the company with the company related functions displayed at the top of the page as links.

  3. Click on the View Tickets link. A list of tickets created by users belonging to the selected company is displayed along with options to specify and take action on selected tickets.

  4. Click on the Print Results button at the top of the page to the right or on the icon on the left to print the list of company tickets.

  5. The list of company tickets can be exported to an Excel spreadsheet by clicking on the at the top of the list to the left. Select the pages of the list to be exported and follow the prompts to save the Excel spreadsheet.

  6. Tickets can be deleted by selecting the checkboxes for the tickets to be deleted and clicking the Delete Selected button.

  7. Several Tickets can be merged into one ticket by selecting the checkboxes for the ticket and clicking on the Do Merge button below the list of company tickets.

  8. Tickets can be saved as a group by selected the checkboxes for the tickets, typing a name for the group and clicking on the Save button.

  9. To change the priority of a ticket, select the checkbox for the ticket and select the new priority from the Priority field.

  10. To change the status of a ticket, select the checkbox for the ticket and select the new status from the Status field.

  11. To change the ticket category, select the checkbox for the ticket and select the new category from the Category field.

  12. To change ticket assignment, select the checkbox for the ticket and select the new person to assign the ticket to from the Assignment field.

  13. Click the Apply Changes To Selected Tickets button to save changes.
